Fraud
Public Safety officers responded to a noise complaint in the Davis Apartments and confronted a student and her boyfriend in the Davis parking lot. The officers saw that the boyfriend, who is not a Chapman student, had a residential parking sticker on his car and discovered it was forged on closer inspection. The student admitted to forging the parking permit so her boyfriend could park on campus. The counterfeited permit was confiscated and the student referred to Student Conduct.

Harassment
A student posted a threat on another student’s Facebook page. The posting student was referred to Student Conduct.

Theft
A student left her dorm room in Pralle-Sodaro Hall on April 30 to go on a trip. When she returned, she found that one of her roommates had moved out and had taken her TV and other personal property. A Public Safety officer contacted the former roommate, had her return the TV and referred her to Student Conduct. The other items have yet to be returned.
